The Good News Association distributed 25 Ramadan food bags to those who are unable, especially widows, divorcees, and the most needy, in the Bani Khaled village center in Minya Governorate. This comes within the framework of the activities of the Good News Association, which aims to help our people who are unable, and support the most needy groups, in light of the current situation that the whole world is witnessing, and in parallel with the associationâ€™s other activities.

Muslims and Christians distribute Ramadan bags and Eid cakes on the occasion of Christmas and Eid al-Fitr

The Good News Association for Educational and Research Services distributed 420 Ramadan cartons in Minya Governorate. The distribution included the villages of (Nasiriyah - Shalqam - Sandfa), as part of the activities of the project to enhance the values and practices of citizenship in Beni Mazar in Minya Governorate. This is in addition to networking with partner associations to mobilize community resources in the three villages to distribute another 180 cartons, bringing the number to 600 cartons. It is worth noting that members of the community committees and youth committees contributed to mobilizing and distributing Ramadan balls to the most needy groups within the three communities, who were identified in coordination with the Social Solidarity Department in Beni Mazar. The distribution also included a group of Christian families most in need before Christmas, and 130 boxes of cakes were distributed to Christians on the occasion of their holidays. The Shalqam Al-Khair Association in Shalqam, the Womenâ€™s Association in Nasiriyah, and the Community Development Association in Sandfa also participated in the distribution.

Convoy of ophthalmia and health awareness for women in the village of Abiha in Minya

The Good News Association for Educational and Research Services implemented an ophthalmology and health awareness campaign as part of the Awareness Egypt Changes for the Better initiative in the village of Abiha, affiliated with the Abu Qurqas Center in Minya Governorate. The campaign comes within the framework of networking with the Ministry of Social Solidarity, and 206 cases involving women were detected. It is worth noting that the â€œWith Awareness, Egypt Changes for the Betterâ€ campaign comes within the framework of the first phase, which includes 4 governorates: Beni Suef, Minya, Assiut and Sohag, in partnership between the Ministry of Social Solidarity and the Decent Life Foundation, and the campaign targets women from the age of 18 to the age of 48 years. By mobilizing approximately 3,000 women daily in youth centers (Dayrut, Al-Salam neighborhood in Manfalut, Abnoub youth, Beni Marr youth in Al-Fath, Sahel Slim, Abu Tej, and Sidfa); The campaign continues until November 10.
