The Community Development and Sustainability Program focuses on enhancing community participation, building local initiatives, and supporting volunteerism by empowering individuals within the local community and establishing organized community committees capable of independently managing development activities and initiatives. This approach ensures the sustainability of development efforts after the exit of the organization.
