Partner: ABT Food for the Future – ERATH Starting Date: June 22, 2022 General Objective: To develop the horticultural crop sector and improve competitiveness in agricultural processing. To enhance the capabilities of small farmers and those working in smart agriculture, recycling agricultural waste, reducing environmental pollution and climate change. Project Duration: From June 22, 2022 to July 31, 2024 Project Target Groups: Small farmers, farmers' wives, producers, and institutions working in the field of high-value crops. Implementation Locations: Bani Ahmed Sharqia and Akaka villages, Minya Center, Minya Governorate. Project Activities: Awareness-raising meetings for small farmers- Training for women on home gardening- Training for women on how to conduct project feasibility studies and implement small projects. Number of Beneficiaries: 265 women and 100 men.
