Contract Date: September 23, 2016 Project Duration: 14 months, from September 23, 2016 to November 22, 2017 Project Location: Matareya Children's Hospital – Matareya District – Cairo Project Objective: To improve and develop the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Matareya Teaching Children's Hospital to accommodate a larger number of sick children through:  Vaccination against pneumonia for 1,000 children aged 6 months to 5 years, and vaccination against gastroenteritis for children aged 2 months to 6 months.  Health awareness sessions for 1,200 family members on protecting children from various infections and diseases. Total Number of Project Targets: 1,000 children – 1,200 women and girls
