- Partner: Abu Seifein Charitable Association – Ezbet Khair Allah – Old Cairo – Cairo. - Project Duration: Ongoing revolving loans - Project Objective: Economic empowerment of targeted families. - Implementation Locations: Cairo – Beni Suef. - Project Beneficiaries: The most needy families in the targeted communities, according to the selection criteria established and agreed upon by the association in accordance with its regulations. Activities: - Basic training on how to conduct a feasibility study for a project. - Vocational training according to the needs of the job market and the trainees' preferences. - Implementation of small projects through revolving loans. - Coordination and cooperation with companies and business owners to employ young men and women who have completed the training courses in their respective fields.

Partner: Tearfund - Project Duration: 3 years, from May 2012 to April 2015 - Project Objective: To train young people in documentary filmmaking (production, scriptwriting, and directing). - Implementation of small-scale projects. - Number of Beneficiaries: 165 beneficiaries - Target Group: Young people aged 25 to 35 years. - Implementation Locations: Cairo, Minya, Sohag, and Aswan. - Activities: - Training and empowering the target group of young people in the skills of production, scriptwriting, and directing of documentary films. - Implementation of small-scale projects for 40 members of the target group.

- Partner: Embrace The Middle East - Project Duration: One full year, from December 1, 2013 to November 30, 2014. - Project Goal: To raise awareness and improve the level of civic education among the target groups and to introduce them to responsible media practices. - Target Audience: Men and women aged 25 to 50 years. - Implementation Locations: Cairo - Ezbet Khair Allah - Old Cairo. - Activities: Developing a specialized curriculum on civic education. - Introductory meetings about and around civic education. - Training workshops for trainers. - Awareness sessions on responsible media practices.

- Partner: Aspire Training Company - Project Duration: 3 months - Project Goal: To instill the values of teamwork and the principle of acceptance of others. - Target Group: 300 children aged 10 to 15 years. - Project Locations: Cairo – Ezbet Khair Allah – Old Cairo. - Activities: Organizing two sports days for the targeted children in the specified age group.

Project to improve and enhance the effectiveness of healthcare at Al-Matariya Children's Hospital, funded by the German Cooperation Agency (GTE).

- Partner: Virgin Mary Coptic Orthodox Foundation for Care and Development - Contract Date: September 23, 2016 - Project Duration: 14 months, from September 23, 2016 to November 22, 2017 - Project Location: Al-Matariya Children's Hospital – Al-Matariya District – Cairo - Project Objectives: To improve and develop the pediatric intensive care unit at Al-Matariya Teaching Children's Hospital with the aim of accommodating a larger number of sick children through: - Vaccination against pneumonia for 1000 children aged 6 months to 5 years, and also vaccination against gastroenteritis for children aged 2 to 6 months. - Health awareness sessions for 1200 family members on protecting children from various infections and diseases. - Total number of beneficiaries of the project: 1000 children receiving vaccinations against pneumonia and gastroenteritis (aged 2 months to 5 years) and 1200 women and girls. The total number of beneficiaries of the project is 2200 children and mothers.

- Partner: Sawiris Foundation for Social Development - Contract Date: October 1, 2019 General Objective of the Project: - To reduce illiteracy among 1600 women beneficiaries of the Takaful and Karama program, thereby empowering them educationally, socially, culturally, and economically within an institutional framework to build a well-rounded personality of an enlightened, creative, and responsible citizen. Project Implementation Locations: Giza Governorate: El Badrashein – Saqqara – Dahshur – Abu Sir – in Giza. Minya Governorate: Hour Nawai – Abshaadat – Mallawi Center – Beni Ahmed – El Sharqia – Waraidat – Minya Center – Jabal Al-Tair – El Saririya – Beni Khaled. Samalut Center. Project Duration: Two years, with a 6-month extension.

Partner: Vision for Life Development Foundation Contract Signing Date: October 11, 2020 - Project Goal: Economic empowerment of 80 wives of farmers who own small agricultural plots. - Number of Beneficiaries: 80 farmers' wives - Implementation Locations: Beni Ahmed Al-Sharqiya Village, Minya District, Minya Governorate Activities: 1. Training on feasibility studies for small projects in marketing. 2. Workshops to raise awareness of veterinary practices. 3. Renting a demonstration field – rooftop farming. 4. Workshops to enhance agricultural extension services. 5. Life skills training. 6. Training on food processing in local businesses. 7. Training on liquid soap and animal feed production. Project Duration: 8 months, from November 2020 to June 2021

– Partner: ABT Food for the Future – Irathe Contract Date: June 22, 2022 General Objective: To develop the horticultural crops sector and improve competitiveness in agricultural processing. To enhance the capabilities of smallholder farmers and workers in the field of smart agriculture, recycle agricultural waste, and mitigate environmental pollution and climate change. Project Duration: From June 22, 2022, to July 31, 2024, and may be renewed for another period by written agreement between the two parties. Project Beneficiaries: Smallholder farmers - farmers' wives - producers and institutions working in the field of high-value crops. Implementation Locations: Beni Ahmed Al-Sharqiya and Akaka villages – Minya Center – Minya Governorate. - Project Activities: - Awareness-raising meetings for smallholder farmers and quality improvement. - Training for women on home gardening. - Training for women on how to conduct a project feasibility study and then implement small projects. Number of Beneficiaries: 265 women and 100 men

Project: A Hero's Cry Partner: DMC Netherlands - Project Duration: One year, from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 - General Objective: To raise the educational, cultural, and professional levels of children working in quarries to reduce school dropout rates and child labor, and to build awareness among their families. - Targeted Areas: Beni Khaled villages - Jabal Al-Tair Al-Bahariya village - Jabal Al-Tair Al-Qibliya village. - Target Group: 1000 children - Project Activities: 1. Opening simplified science classes for children from first grade to first year of preparatory school (ages 10-17) for 120 children. 2. Community empowerment for girls through educational and literacy classes for 30 women. 3. Vocational training for children working in quarries (ages 15-17) in fabric printing: 4 workshops with a total of 80 children. 4. Vocational training for children working in quarries (ages 15-17) in paper recycling: 2 workshops with a total of 82 children. 5. Vocational training for children working in quarries (ages 15-17) in making women's accessories and beads: 4 workshops with a total of 120 children. 6. Opening classes to build values and develop children's skills: 120 children. 7. Implementing 4 activity days for 600 children. 8. Vocational training for children in making gypsum statues from quarry waste.
